After seeing John Carpenter's original "Halloween," I was inspired to make this Super-8 film with some high school friends (circa 1980) using a Canosound 514-xls Camera (where the mag stripe was actually embedded onto the unexposed roll of film!). You could then add music and effects using the Canon projector by holding a microphone up to a cassette recorder or a record player... Very low-fi, but a ton of fun. My apologies to any albinos that might be offended.
